Owning a business requires activity which means you need to be present on sim! We don't want idle stores but proactive ones! Ones that are promoting roleplay. Business owners are required to be on sim at least 3 to 4 days a week for several hours. Some of those hours must be spent within their business.
Business owners are responsible for setting up an event at least once a month and providing activities that keep their players/staff active and entertained!
Keep your information consistent with the rest of the sim. Lore, structurally, and most importantly in regards to Lynnea's currency. While you may barter and trade, overcharge, or ask for a favor as payment, if you use coinage, follow the currency system that is set!
Notecards pertaining to your business is welcome. We can set up notecard givers inworld if you do not have them! However, we do strongly recommend using the forums as well. A lot can be done on there!
Respect your fellow players! As in every policy and rule list on this site, we require the utmost respect for each other and if an altercation is to arise, to be calm, and professional. Report the situation using our Report Abuse link, or if immediate assistance is needed, contact a Moderator! We are all here to have fun so let's damn well try.
We allow our business owners to add their own odds and ends to their businesses. Your extra prim limit is 20 prims. If you wish to decorate more for a certain event, or holiday, please contact a Moderator first.
Anything placed in businesses must be appropriately themed. No modern or out of era decor or furniture is to be permitted.
